TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. For ready stock, we will mail out your item within 2 working days upon payment received.

2. All orders will be reserved and placed on hold upon order confirmation. They shall be released if no payment is received within 24 hours. All order will be base on first pay first get basis.

3. Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4. Full refund will be transferred back to buyer in any event of out of stock.

5. All payments to be made to POSB savings account: 118-97010-1.

6. Once payment is made, please notify me via e-mail address wonderfulpridenjoy@live.com as per format below,
a) Amount transferred
b) I-banking nick
c) Transfer date & time.
d) Transaction reference number
e) Mailing address
f) Parcel Attn to:
g) SMH nickname if applicable. (Not a must)

7. Colours of designs are as accurate as shown in the pictures. Please note that the colours might vary on different computer screens.

8. For pre-order items, there is MOQ to be met and every pre-order item has certain fixed quantity of sizes available. I reserve the right to cancel the Pre-Order for that item if MOQ is not met. 100% of your payment for the pre-order products will be refund if pre-order is cancelled.

9. Waiting time for pre-order items will be 3 to 4 weeks after PB is closed subject to no further delay from supplier.

10. Please join the pre-order purchase only if you are comfortable with the waiting time.

11. Postage & Handling Rates:

a) ALL CLOTHES PARCEL WILL BE ENTITLE FOR FREE NORMAL POSTAGE WITH MINIMUM PURCHASE OF S$50 AND ABOVE.

b) S$1.50 NORMAL POSTAGE WILL CHARGE TO 1 PC PURCHASE.

c) ADDITIONAL S$0.50 NORMAL POSTAGE WILL BE CHARGE TO SUBSEQUENT PC.

d) We will not be responsible of any lost order and damage via postage due to any SingPOST error. Registered mail is highly recommended. Please add an additional $2.30 to the normal local postage cost/ total purchase amt.
